What kind of shipping is available? We currently offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air for express shipping.

For UPS Ground - shipping may take up to 6 business days to arrive [can arrive as soon as 1 day], please refer to the map below to calculate how long it will take for you.

For 2nd Day Air - Package arrives two days after shipment, guaranteed. This applies to any state in the United States.

What is your return policy? Orders can be returned up to thirty (30) days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift-wrap fees. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we refund you.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

How long until my package is shipped? Packages usually take between 1-2 business days until they are sent to you. You will receive a email with the order tracking code when your package has been shipped.

How much does shipping cost? Costs depend on the method [ground or air] and on the number of products. To calculate, simply add your desired products to the shopping cart and check the cost.

How does free shipping work? We currently offer free shipping with UPS Ground. To take advantage of the free shipping, your total order amount [before shipping, gift wrapping and tax] must be equal or greater than $50.00. If you subtotal is above this amount, use special coupon code FREESHIP and the shipping cost would automatically be deducted from your order amount.
